How much does shipping cost?

Standard UK shipping is £6.95. All our orders are shipped via DPD Local Express 24.

When and how do you ship?

We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 working days.

Plants are shipped only on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays to ensure they arrive the next day and are not impacted by any weekend issues.

All plants are secured and shipped using a suspension method, creating a cylindrical package which is then secured within a appropriate box size.

Plants are shipped in a sphagnum moss mix unless otherwise stated in the product description.

How can I make payment?

Payment can be made using the sites payment gateway which supports Paypal, Credit and Debit cards and Shop Pay.

Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into regular payments with Shop Pay Instalments.

Paypal may offer the option to split payments if your personal circumstances meet their requirements.
